Pale colored rosé wine. Rich nose with aromas of pastries and red fruit, cherries, cassis, blueberries and strawberries. Fruity, elegant on the palate, fresh red berries.

First bleeding rosé. Skin maceration. Controlled fermentation at low temperature.

In the last ten years the wines “ Château du Rouët” have obtained 22 medals at the “Concours Général Agricole” in Paris, as well as the “Concours des Grands Vins de France” in Mâcon, and among them 6 gold medals and 4 silver medals. At the “Concours des Vinalies Nationales” (Union of Oenologists of France) 10 distinctions have been awarded.
